Learn Arabic Online with Structure, Clarity, and Purpose
Arabic School offers a structured online Modern Standard Arabic (MSA) learning experience designed specifically for non-native speakers. Our courses help learners understand how Arabic works, recognize its patterns, and use what they learn with confidence instead of simply memorizing isolated words and grammar rules.
Explanations and translations are provided in English and Swedish, making the learning path accessible to learners from different linguistic backgrounds.
A Carefully Structured Learning Path
Learning begins with the Arabic alphabet, letter sounds, and the connection between written and spoken Arabic. Vocabulary, sentence patterns, and grammatical concepts are introduced gradually, allowing learners to build their knowledge step by step.
Fully vowelled Arabic texts support accurate reading and pronunciation. Lessons follow an intentional progression, with each new concept building naturally on previously acquired knowledge.
Our current learning path includes:
- Arabic Course 1: Beginner to Pre-Intermediate — CEFR-aligned A1–A2
- Arabic Course 2: Intermediate to Upper-Intermediate — CEFR-aligned B1–B2
Arabic Course 1 is suitable for complete beginners, while Arabic Course 2 is intended for learners who already have a solid foundation in Arabic.
Together, the courses develop reading, writing, listening, pronunciation, vocabulary, sentence structure, grammar, and communication skills through structured lessons, practical activities, homework assignments, dialogues, and interactive exercises.
Learn Through Understanding and Practice
We believe that a language is not simply a collection of rules to be memorized. It is a living system developed through understanding, repetition, practice, and meaningful use.
Learners do more than study individual words. They discover how letters, sounds, words, grammatical structures, and sentence patterns work together. Arabic is also presented within its cultural and human context, helping learners understand not only what an expression means but also how and when it can be used.
This approach helps learners retain what they study, recognize familiar language patterns, and apply their knowledge in new and practical situations.
Authentic Arabic Audio
Lessons and interactive exercises are supported by professionally recorded Arabic audio featuring several native speakers. These recordings allow learners to hear accurate pronunciation, natural rhythm, and clear intonation while becoming familiar with different voices and dialogue situations.
Artificial intelligence may be used when appropriate to support some English-language content. It does not replace the Arabic speakers, the educational structure, or the carefully developed course materials.
Flexible Independent Learning
The courses are designed for independent online study. Learners can access their lessons from home and progress according to their own schedules within the course enrollment period.
The learning platform combines:
- Structured educational modules
- Fully vowelled Arabic texts
- Professionally recorded human-voice audio
- Interactive exercises
- Reading and writing activities
- Listening and pronunciation practice
- Homework assignments
- Course discussion forums
- Academic guidance and support
Specialized academic supervisors monitor learners’ progress, answer questions, and provide guidance whenever needed.
For the best learning experience, we recommend using a desktop computer, laptop, or tablet. A smartphone may be useful for short reviews, but it does not provide the same effective learning environment for longer texts, writing activities, interactive exercises, and homework.
Education Supported by Technology
Arabic School was developed through long-term collaboration among Arabic-language specialists, educators, programmers, and experts in modern digital learning platforms.
This combination of linguistic knowledge, educational experience, and contemporary technology has created an organized, practical, and accessible learning environment for adults studying Arabic as a new language.
Technology and artificial intelligence are used as supporting tools within a clearly defined educational framework. They assist the learning process but do not replace carefully prepared lessons, authentic Arabic pronunciation, academic guidance, or the learner’s own active participation.
Arabic for Meaningful Communication
Our goal is not simply to help learners complete a collection of lessons. We want them to build lasting linguistic knowledge, make informed language choices, and gradually use Arabic as a meaningful tool for understanding, communication, and self-expression.
Begin your Arabic learning journey with a clear learning path, reliable materials, authentic Arabic voices, and the freedom to study at your own pace.
