These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the creation and use of an Arabic School account, paid enrolment in and time-limited access to Arabic School courses, and use of the website and learning platform at https://arabicschool.co/. By accepting these Terms, you enter into a legally binding agreement with the operator of Arabic School.
1. About Arabic School
Arabic School is an online language-learning platform operated in Sweden by Lebario IT.

In these Terms, “Arabic School,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the service provider identified above. “You” and “learner” refer to the account holder, the enrolled learner, or a person who enters into the agreement on behalf of a learner.
2. Scope, Acceptance, and Eligibility
These Terms apply to registered accounts, free trials, paid course enrolment and access, lessons, exercises, assessments, support, examinations, certificates, and related services. You must accept these Terms before enrolling in a paid course or using a registered account. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and process personal data.
Our current courses are primarily designed for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to enter into a paid course agreement independently. A learner under 18 may participate only with the involvement and authorisation of a parent or legal guardian. The parent or legal guardian may be required to create or approve the account, pay the applicable fees, and accept responsibility for the learner’s compliance with these Terms. We may request reasonable evidence of age, identity, or parental authority where necessary.
3. Course Information
The relevant course page describes the principal features of each course, including its level, intended learning outcomes, approximate study time, access period, language, learning format, included materials, and price.
The stated study hours and learning outcomes are estimates and do not guarantee that every learner will complete the course within a particular period or achieve a specific level of proficiency. Progress depends on the learner’s starting knowledge, effort, study regularity, completion of activities, and individual learning pace. Unless expressly stated otherwise, courses are delivered online for individual, self-paced study and do not include private lessons or live individual tuition.
4. Accounts and Personal Use
You must provide accurate and current registration information, protect your password, keep your email address accessible, and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised access.
Each account is personal to the registered learner. You must not share, sell, transfer, rent, or sublicense an account or allow another person to use its course access. You must not use another person’s identity or account or circumvent access, session, enrolment, or course-duration limits.
To protect users and course materials, we may review login times, IP addresses, device information, approximate locations, and simultaneous sessions as described in our Privacy Policy. An unusual IP address alone does not prove sharing. Suspicious activity may result in a temporary restriction and a request for an explanation or reasonable verification.
5. Orders, Prices, and Payment
Creating an account does not enrol you in a paid course. Before purchase, you will receive information about the selected course, price, applicable taxes, access period and payment method.
An agreement is normally formed when payment has been received or confirmed and we send an enrolment, order, or access confirmation. We may refuse an order before acceptance for a legitimate reason, such as an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, legal restriction, or unavailable course. Any payment already received for a refused order will be returned.
Prices offered to consumers include applicable VAT unless clearly stated otherwise. Arabic School currently accepts payment through PayPal and bank transfer through SEB. You are responsible for correct billing information, payment references, and any currency-conversion fee independently charged by your bank or payment provider. We do not normally receive or store complete payment-card details.
6. Activation, Access Period, and Extensions
After payment and any required checks, access is normally activated manually within 2–24 hours on Swedish business days. Weekends, Swedish public holidays, incomplete information, payment delays, or technical issues may extend this time.
The access period begins on the activation date stated in the enrolment confirmation and ends automatically when the paid access period expires, normally after six months or one year. Unused study time does not carry forward. Work, travel, illness, lack of time, or other personal circumstances do not automatically pause or extend the access period.
Arabic School will normally send a reminder to the learner’s registered email address a few days before the access period expires. The learner remains responsible for monitoring the expiry date and keeping the registered email address accurate and accessible.
An extension request must be submitted in writing no later than one month after the access period expires. This one-month period is only a deadline for submitting the request and does not provide additional course access. Access remains expired unless and until an extension has been approved and any applicable extension fee or other requirement has been completed.
Extension requests are subject to the rules and prices applicable at the time of the request, and approval is not guaranteed. A request received more than one month after the access period expires cannot be treated as an extension. The learner must enrol in the course again under the prices and conditions applicable at that time.
Nothing in this section limits any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Right of Withdrawal and Immediate Digital Access
Arabic School courses consist primarily of pre-produced digital content supplied online, including texts, PDF materials, audio recordings, exercises, and other learning resources. Course access is personal and limited to the applicable enrolment period.
Before paid enrolment, Arabic School provides a free trial containing representative samples of the curriculum, PDF materials, and interactive exercises. The free trial is intended to give prospective learners a clear understanding of the teaching method, course structure, learning format, and types of materials used before they make any payment. Prospective learners are encouraged to review the available trial carefully before enrolling. By proceeding with paid enrolment, the learner confirms that the free trial was available and that they had a reasonable opportunity to evaluate whether the course format and learning method were suitable for them. The free trial does not include all paid course content or features and does not limit any mandatory consumer right.
Where applicable consumer law provides a statutory right of withdrawal, the learner may normally withdraw from the course agreement within 14 days unless that right has been validly lost.
Before payment, the learner must select a clear checkbox confirming that they have read and agree to these Terms, expressly request immediate access to the course and its digital materials, and acknowledge that their statutory right of withdrawal will be lost upon activation.
After this confirmation and activation, the learner may not withdraw or request a refund merely because they have changed their mind. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights where the course content is unavailable or materially differs from the representative samples provided in the free trial.
Arabic School will confirm the learner’s request, acknowledgment, and course activation in a durable form, such as email.
8. Refunds and Consumer Remedies
Except as provided in Section 7 or required by applicable law, course fees are non-refundable after course access has been activated. This includes cases where the learner chooses not to begin or continue studying, lacks sufficient study time, does not complete the course, does not achieve a desired result, stops using the account, or allows the access period to expire.
This policy does not limit any mandatory right available where the course content is unavailable, materially different from its description, or affected by a serious fault that Arabic School does not correct within a reasonable time. Depending on the applicable law and circumstances, an appropriate remedy may include restored access, correction, a price reduction, termination, or a refund.
Any approved refund will normally be returned through the original payment method where reasonably possible.
9. Course Content and Intellectual Property
All course content is licensed, not sold. Following payment and activation, you are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable licence to access and use the course content solely for private study during the applicable paid access period.
Access to content that remains on the learning platform—including audio recordings, interactive exercises, assessments, and other online materials—ends automatically when the access period expires.
A PDF or other file expressly made available for download may be retained after the access period as one personal study copy. Permission to retain a downloaded file does not transfer ownership or intellectual-property rights and does not permit the file to be shared, published, modified for distribution, or used commercially.
The website, curriculum, course structure, texts, translations, recordings, exercises, assessments, graphics, branding, and other learning materials are owned by Arabic School, Lebario IT, or the relevant licensors. Without prior written permission, you must not:
- Copy, publish, sell, distribute, translate, adapt, or commercially exploit course content
- Share accounts, PDFs, audio, exercises, answers, screenshots, recordings, or access links
- Remove copyright notices, identifiers, watermarks, or technical protections
- Scrape or download content using bots, scripts, or similar automated methods
- Upload protected content to public sites, shared drives, file-sharing services, social media, AI systems, datasets, or content-generation tools
- Use the content to train, test, or develop an AI or machine-learning system
- Present Arabic School materials as your own
These restrictions continue after access expires or the account is suspended or terminated.
10. Acceptable Use and Academic Integrity
You must use the platform lawfully and respectfully. You must not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security or availability, introduce harmful code, exploit vulnerabilities, impersonate others, harass users, post unlawful material, send spam, plagiarise, cheat, manipulate results, or obtain unauthorised assistance in an assessment.
Unless expressly permitted, another person or an AI tool must not complete assessed work on your behalf. We may remove inappropriate contributions and use reasonable identity and assessment checks.
11. Examinations and Certificates
Eligibility for an Arabic School certificate may require completion of the specified course or level, achievement of the required result, successful completion of an online examination, participation in an identity-verification or assessment meeting, and payment of any clearly disclosed examination or certificate fee.
Certificates issued by Arabic School are private, non-accredited certificates of course completion or achievement. They are issued for personal recognition purposes and confirm only the course, level, result, or achievement stated on the certificate.
An Arabic School certificate is not a state-accredited academic qualification, degree, professional licence, or guarantee of employment, admission, immigration status, or recognition by another educational institution, employer, government authority, or professional body.
Arabic School may refuse, withhold, cancel, or revoke a certificate obtained through fraud, account sharing, plagiarism, cheating, false information, or assessment manipulation.
12. Suspension and Termination
We may proportionately restrict, suspend, or terminate an account for confirmed account sharing, fraudulent payment, serious or repeated breaches, unlawful distribution of content, security attacks, harassment, cheating, identity fraud, or a legal requirement.
Unless urgent action is needed, we will normally give notice and a reasonable opportunity to explain or correct the issue. Permanent termination will not be based solely on an automated IP-address alert.
No refund is normally due when access is terminated because of a confirmed serious or repeated breach, subject to mandatory consumer law. You may stop using your account at any time, but stopping use or requesting account deletion does not automatically create a refund right.
13. Technical Requirements, Availability, and Support
You are responsible for a reliable internet connection, a supported browser, working audio, and a suitable computer or tablet. A smartphone may not provide the full learning experience.
We aim to keep the platform secure and available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Maintenance, updates, hosting incidents, internet failures, security events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may cause interruptions. Where a substantial interruption within our control prevents use for an unreasonable period, we will provide an appropriate remedy as required by law and may extend access.
Academic and technical support is provided through the channels and availability periods stated on the website or in the course. It does not include continuous private tuition, guaranteed immediate responses, or repair of the learner’s device, network, software, or third-party account unless expressly stated.
14. Course Updates and Communications
We may correct errors, improve exercises, replace recordings, reorganise lessons, and make reasonable technical or educational updates. Changes will not materially reduce the principal features or value of a paid course during its access period.
Essential account, payment, security, course, and policy messages may be sent to your registered email address. These are service communications, not optional marketing.
15. Liability and Events Beyond Reasonable Control
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any mandatory consumer right, remedy, or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Arabic School is responsible for providing the paid course access and digital content with reasonable care and substantially in accordance with the relevant course description.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Arabic School is not responsible for loss or failure resulting from:
- The learner’s decision not to study or complete the course
- The learner’s failure to follow the course instructions or technical requirements
- Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the learner
- Problems with the learner’s device, software, browser, email account, or internet connection
- Unauthorised or unintended use of the course content
- Indirect or unforeseeable loss that could not reasonably have been anticipated when the agreement was concluded
Arabic School does not guarantee fluency, completion within a particular period, a specific examination result, employment, admission, immigration status, or recognition by another educational institution, employer, authority, or professional body.
Arabic School is not responsible for delay or interruption caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including major internet or infrastructure failures, natural disasters, war, government action, widespread cyberattacks, epidemics, or failure of a critical external service provider.
If such circumstances prevent Arabic School from providing paid course access for a substantial or unreasonable period, we will take reasonable steps to restore access and provide any remedy required by applicable law. This may include an appropriate extension of the access period.
17. Changes, Severability, and Contact
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in law, services, technology, or security. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate, and Moodle may require renewed acceptance. Changes do not retroactively remove rights already acquired under an existing agreement.
If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A failure to enforce a provision immediately does not waive the right to enforce it later.
